The Univex Silverline SL200 spiral dough mixer streamlines high-volume dough production with a 306 qt bowl and 441 lb dough capacity. Two speeds with reverse, separate bowl and agitator motors, and digital timers help you dial in development for pizza, bread, or bagel doughs. Use the bowl jog to position batches for efficient unloading or add-ins.
A swing open bowl guard speeds loading and cleaning while supporting operator safety. The stainless steel bowl stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly. Built-in casters and leveling feet make it easy to roll into place and lock down for stable mixing.
Engineered for busy bakeries, pizzerias, and commissaries, the SL200 delivers consistent results across large batches.
