The Univex SL280 spiral dough mixer drives high-volume dough production with a 444 qt bowl and 617 lb dough capacity. It helps bakeries, pizza operations, and commissaries maintain consistent, repeatable batches during peak demand.
Two speeds plus reverse, powered by separate bowl and spiral motors, let you match hydration, flour type, and batch size. Digital timers automate cycle control, while bowl jog fine-tunes positioning for add-ins and unloading. A swing-open bowl guard streamlines access and speeds sanitation between runs.
The stainless steel bowl withstands continuous use, and the included dough hook and shaft come ready for daily production.
