The Univex SRM60+ 60-quart floor mixer accelerates production for bakeries, pizzerias, and institutional kitchens. A robust 3 hp drive turns alloy gears to power through dense doughs and delicate batters with consistent results. Four fixed speeds via a variable speed drive let you match output to the task.
Streamline workflow with a power bowl lift and a 15-minute timer that helps you stage multiple prep steps. The removable SwingRing safety guard and interlock switches support safe, efficient operation. A stainless steel bowl with included beater, whip, dough hook, and bowl scraper equips staff to switch from dough to meringue without delays.
Expand capability with the #12 PTO hub for compatible food-prep attachments. The SRM60+ is cETLus listed and NSF certified, and it’s made in the USA for demanding foodservice environments. Deploy it on your prep line to standardize texture and speed service during peak periods.
