Streamline workflow with a hand-operated crank and self-locking top and bottom that help secure the bowl during mixing. The stainless steel bowl and dishwasher-safe stainless steel safety guard simplify cleanup and support sanitation goals. Use the ingredient chute to add components mid-mix while maintaining guard protection.
