Product Description
Produce fresh pasta on demand with the Univex UPASTA, a countertop pasta mixer/extruder built for busy commercial kitchens. Mix up to 8.8 lbs of dough per batch and extrude as much as 17.6 lbs per hour to keep prep and service moving. Electronic controls help staff dial in repeatable results with less oversight.
Load ingredients, monitor progress through the plexiglass lid, and remove the spiral and mixer bowl to change recipes quickly. Stainless steel construction, a stainless steel worm, and a nickel bronze extruder head handle daily production with confidence. Position it on the line or in prep to support restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations.
Swap die plates to match menu needs; 14 pasta die plates are included, and one die is required for operation. The 1 HP drive runs on 115v/60/1 power and draws 750 watts for efficient performance. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings meet professional kitchen standards.
