Streamline prep with the Univex VS2000 high-volume vegetable slicer/shredder. This table model power drive unit delivers a 700 RPM drive powered by a 1 hp motor for fast, repeatable cuts that keep production moving. Use it to slice produce or shred vegetables for salads, slaws, and batch cooking.
Built with a durable steel housing and stainless steel cover, it stands up to daily service. It comes ready to work with the VS9 9" vegetable slicer attachment plus a plate holder fitted with a 5/16" shredder plate.
Plug into a 115v/60/1-ph outlet to integrate easily on existing prep tables. Certified cETLus and NSF for commercial kitchens. Not for shredding cheese.
