The UNOX XACC-0513-EPRM ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus compact combi oven delivers multi-mode cooking in a small footprint. Handle up to five 1/1 GN or five 12"x20" hotel pans with uniform results. Stainless steel inside and out simplifies sanitation for high-volume operations.
Leverage MIND.Maps technology and a programmable menu to standardize recipes, speed training, and reduce labor. Built-in WiFi/USB makes HACCP data transfer and menu updates straightforward. A glass door and right-to-left opening support clear visibility and efficient line flow.
Ideal for cafes, ghost kitchens, and banquet production, this countertop unit bakes, roasts, and steams in tight spaces. 2-11/16" shelf spacing optimizes batch turns, while 7.7 kW electric power and ENERGY STAR® certification help manage energy use. A water line is included for quick connection to a 3/4" MPT supply within three feet.
