Elevate high-volume production with the UNOX XAVC-10FS-GPRM, a CHEFTOP MIND.Maps Plus gas countertop combi oven/steam oven designed to move from roast to bake to steam without slowing service. Load up to (10) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (20) hotel pans, with 2-11/16" shelf spacing that promotes even airflow. By combining heat, hot air flow, and steam, it supports uniform results tray after tray.
Build and recall precise cooking programs using MIND.Maps technology and a programmable menu to standardize outcomes across shifts. WiFi and USB connectivity streamline HACCP data transfer to support food safety protocols. Ideal for restaurants, institutions, and catering operations balancing variety with speed.
A 316L stainless steel cooking chamber with stainless steel interior and exterior stands up to daily use, while a glass door with a right-to-left opening supports efficient line layouts. ENERGY STAR certified and listed cETLus and NSF, this oven pairs gas performance with a 120v/60/1 electrical connection. Gas line is not included and must be purchased separately.
