The Varimixer ERGO100-2IP54 is a heavy-duty, 100Q planetary mixer engineered for demanding production. Chefs and facility teams can batch doughs, batters, and fillings while maintaining consistent texture across large runs. An agitator speed range of 46–259 RPM lets you dial in gentle folding or vigorous mixing to match the product.
Streamline prep with a large touchscreen that simplifies setup, a 90-minute digital timer, and programmable controls for up to 24 recipes. Replicate settings shift to shift and store procedures for bread, sauces, and commissary staples. These tools help standardize results and reduce hands-on oversight.
Built in stainless steel with an IP54 rating, the ERGO100-2IP54 stands up to busy kitchens and routine cleaning. ETL and NSF certifications support code compliance across foodservice operations. A chute and bowl truck are included for safer material handling; bowl and agitators are not included.
