A large touchscreen streamlines operation with a 90-minute digital timer and memory for up to 24 recipes. Dial in the right texture using a 46–259 RPM speed range to mix, blend, and knead with precision. Program repeatable steps for pizza dough, sandwich bread, mashed potatoes, or icings to deliver uniform results shift after shift.
Built from stainless steel with an IP53 rating, the ERGO150-2 withstands demanding environments and splashing. ETL and NSF certifications support safety and sanitation standards. An included chute and bowl truck aid ingredient loading and mobility; bowl and agitators are not included.
