Streamline your line with the Victory CBF48HC, a chef base freezer powered by V-Core™. Position it on the cookline to keep proteins, sauces, and mise en place within arm’s reach of grills or fryers. Its one-section, 48" footprint integrates seamlessly into busy kitchens.
Organize ingredients in two drawers, each designed to hold two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (not included) for fast swaps between rushes. Full electronic control helps you dial in operation, while the side-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP drive.
Built for durability with a stainless steel exterior (galvanized back and bottom) and an aluminum interior, it withstands the rigors of daily service. Magnetic drawer gaskets carry a 2-year warranty for dependable sealing. Made in USA and UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, it supports chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers prioritizing efficient workflows and clean presentation.
