Powered by V-Core™, the side-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to deliver targeted cold where you need it.
Organize efficiently with two drawers, each holding two pans (pans not included), across 9.58 cu. ft. in a one-section layout. Full electronic control simplifies setup and monitoring to match rush periods and prep workflows. Magnetic drawer gaskets seal tight and include a 2-year warranty.
Built for busy operations, the 52" wide unit features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior for long-term durability and cleanability. The 1/2 HP refrigeration package supports consistent performance on the line. Certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, this refrigerated chef base is made in the USA for demanding commercial kitchens.
