Streamline line-side cold storage with the Victory CBF72HC refrigerated chef base freezer. Powered by V-Core™, this two-section, 72-inch unit offers 14.51 cu. ft. of organized capacity to keep pace with busy prep and service.
Organize ingredients in four drawers, each accepting two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included). Stage proteins, sauces, and garnishes at arm’s reach to speed plating and reduce steps. Full electronic control helps maintain consistent holding conditions throughout the rush.
Built with a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior, it stands up to high-volume kitchens. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 and a 3/4 HP compressor for accessible service and placement. Magnetic gaskets include a 2-year warranty; Made in USA with cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation listings.
