Equip busy cooklines with the Victory CBR112HC, a three-section chef base refrigerator designed to streamline prep and service. Spanning 112 inches with 24.36 cu. ft. of cold storage, it organizes proteins, toppings, and mise en place right where you need them. Six drawers each hold two pans (pans not included) to keep high-volume stations stocked and orderly.
Powered by V-Core, the side-mounted, self-contained system with R290 refrigerant and 1/3 HP delivers dependable chilling performance. Full electronic control lets operators dial in settings for consistent holding across shifts. Fast drawer access helps crews retrieve ingredients quickly to maintain pace on the line.
Built for commercial duty, it features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom and an easy-clean aluminum interior. Magnetic drawer gaskets carry a 2-year warranty to help preserve a tight seal service after service. cULus and UL EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation listed, and Made in USA for confidence in demanding foodservice environments.
