Keep your line moving with the Victory CBR48HC chef base refrigerator. This 48-inch, one-section unit keeps chilled ingredients within arm’s reach using two drawers, each sized for two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included). Stage proteins, sauces, and mise en place exactly where you need them to streamline prep and service.
Powered by V-Core™, the side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP motor for dependable cold holding. Full electronic control lets staff set and monitor temperatures with confidence. The 48-inch footprint supports efficient cookline layouts while providing 8.59 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity.
It features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom plus an easy-to-clean aluminum interior. Magnetic drawer gaskets carry a 2-year warranty to help maintain a tight seal shift after shift. Made in USA and listed cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, it’s a spec-friendly choice for commercial kitchens and facilities.
