Streamline your cookline with the Victory CBR72HC chef base refrigerator. This two-section, 72-inch unit organizes chilled ingredients in four drawers so proteins, sauces, and mise en place stay within reach. Powered by V-Core™, it delivers consistent, efficient refrigeration for demanding service.
Each drawer accommodates two 12" x 20" x 6" hotel pans (not included), enabling quick station resets and faster ticket times. Full electronic control lets you set and monitor temperatures, while the side-mounted, self-contained system simplifies placement and service access. R290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system provide reliable performance.
Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom resists wear, and the aluminum interior wipes down quickly. Magnetic drawer gaskets help lock in cold air and carry a 2-year gasket warranty.
