The Victory UltraSpec™ Series pass-thru display refrigerator, Powered by V-Core™, keeps high-volume service moving on both sides of the line. This two-section, top-mounted self-contained unit delivers 48.5 cu. ft. of capacity. Four sliding, full-height glass doors and bright LED interior lighting present beverages, desserts, or mise en place with clarity.
Chefs can stock from prep while servers pull from the front, reducing bottlenecks during peak periods. Stainless steel interior and exterior withstand daily cleaning and heavy use. Six wire shelves neatly stage pans, bottles, and grab-and-go items.
