Operators monitor temps at a glance with the TOUCH POINT™ electronic control/indicator while bright LED lighting presents contents clearly for fast pulls. Expansion valve refrigeration and a 3/4 HP system support dependable performance during frequent door openings.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and extra high 20‑gauge stainless door withstand heavy traffic and routine cleaning. A stainless ramp and breakers speed rack access, and long-life Santoprene door gaskets with a 2‑year warranty help preserve the cold for chefs, buyers, and facility managers.
