The Victory UltraSpec Series FISA-2D-S1-PT-HC is a commercial roll-thru freezer engineered to keep high-volume kitchens moving. Powered by V-Core, this two-section, self-contained unit supports pass-through workflows so you can load racks from prep and retrieve from the opposite side without bottlenecks.
Maintain tight temperature control with the TOUCH POINT electronic control/indicator and expansion valve technology that helps the cabinet recover quickly after door openings. LED lighting brightens the interior, making product checks and inventory pulls faster and more accurate.
Built for daily demand, it features a stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and four full-height 20-gauge stainless doors. Santoprene door gaskets with a 2-year warranty, stainless steel breakers, and a stainless steel ramp deliver durability that suits commissaries, bakeries, healthcare, and institutional foodservice operations.
