The Victory FS-1D-S1-EW-PT-HC UltraSpec Series pass-thru reach-in freezer streamlines cold storage between prep and service. Its one-section, 26.06 cu. ft. cabinet with two wide, full-height solid doors enables fast, two-sided access. Position it between the kitchen and chef’s line to speed batch prep, plating, and restocking.
Maintain precise temperatures with TOUCH POINT electronic controls and expansion valve technology. Bright LED lighting helps staff quickly find items on the three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves. The self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/4 HP compressor for reliable performance.
Built for demanding operations, the stainless steel interior and exterior with stainless steel breakers stand up to daily cleaning and heavy traffic. Santoprene door gaskets include a 2-year warranty to support a tight seal and product integrity. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation compliance meet commercial requirements, and it’s Made in USA.
