This three-section, 70.1 cu. ft. cabinet, Powered by V-Core, pairs expansion valve technology with TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control/indicator for confident cold holding. Self-contained refrigeration simplifies placement and startup in busy kitchens.
Stage bulk proteins, sauces, doughs, and desserts on nine silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves, then open only what you need using six half-height solid hinged doors to help limit cold-air loss during rush periods. A stainless steel interior and exterior withstand daily cleaning and heavy traffic across production lines, hotel banquets, and commissary operations. The standard-depth design integrates smoothly into common back-of-house layouts.
