TOUCH POINT electronic controls and bright LED lighting help staff confirm set points and inventory quickly.
With 26.06 cu. ft. of storage behind two wide, full-height solid doors, this one-section cabinet keeps ingredients and banquet items organized on three silver freeze shelves. Use the pass-thru design to load from the back while the service side stays productive during rush periods.
A stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior withstands demanding kitchen environments, while Santoprene gaskets (backed by a 2-year warranty) and stainless steel door breakers support long-term performance.
