The Victory UltraSpec™ Series FSA-2D-S1-EW-PT-HD-HC pass-thru, two-section reach-in freezer streamlines back-of-house and service-side workflow. Powered by V-Core™ with self-contained refrigeration, its 52.97 cu. ft. capacity and eight wide half-height solid doors make it easy to load from prep while accessing from the line.
A stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to demanding kitchens, while LED lighting and TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator support efficient, informed operation. Expansion valve technology promotes responsive cooling, and stainless steel breakers add durability in high-traffic environments.
Use it to stage proteins, sauces, and desserts in high-volume restaurants, hotels, and institutions where pass-thru access improves pace and organization. Santoprene door gaskets with a 2-year warranty help maintain a reliable seal, and six silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves offer flexible product placement.
