A roll-thru, one-section design with a stainless steel ramp streamlines moving racks between prep, cookline, and service points. Stainless steel interior and exterior withstand rigorous, high-volume use while presenting a clean, professional look.
TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control/indicator simplifies on-the-fly adjustments during service. Secure-Temp 1.0™ Technology, powered by V‑Core™, helps maintain reliable holding conditions across the 36.2 cu. ft. cabinet.
