Its roll-thru, one-section layout with a stainless steel ramp speeds loading and transfer between production and plating. A 36.2 cu. ft. interior gives you the capacity to stage large batches without slowing the line.
TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator lets staff set, view, and fine-tune holding at a glance. Secure-Temp 1.0™ technology powered by V-Core™ helps maintain consistent heat across the cabinet for dependable results.
The stainless steel exterior resists wear in high-traffic spaces, while the aluminum interior supports everyday cleaning.
