The Victory UltraSpec Series HRS-2D-S1-EW-HC is a reach-in dual temp warmer/refrigerator powered by V-Core, designed to streamline back-of-house flow. Consolidate hot holding and refrigeration in one footprint, keeping batch-cooked items and chilled prep organized behind wide, full-height doors. This dual temp holding cabinet helps crews stage menu components right where they’re needed.
TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control and indicators enable quick checks and responsive adjustments across both sections. A top-mounted compressor works with self-contained refrigeration for straightforward placement and service. R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports responsible operation.
