Streamline hot and cold holding with the Victory HRS-2D-S1-EW-PT-HC, an UltraSpec Series pass-thru dual temp warmer/refrigerator powered by V-Core™. Load from the cookline and pull from the plating or service side to keep tickets moving. TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicators make checks fast and straightforward.
Each section provides 25.6 cu. ft. of organized capacity behind wide, full-height hinged doors. A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use, while six silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves—three in the warmer section and three in the refrigerator section—stage pans, plated items, and packaged products. The top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps critical components up and out of the work zone.
