Purpose-built for busy kitchens and high-volume lines, it keeps prepared items service-ready while moving efficiently between back- and front-of-house. Its one-section layout supports organized staging without wasting footprint.
The 26.2 cu. ft. interior and two wide, full-height solid hinged doors provide fast access from both sides of the line—ideal for cook-serve operations, banquets, and tray make-up. An exterior digital TOUCH POINT™ control system lets staff view and adjust settings without opening doors, helping preserve cabinet conditions. Cylinder locks add security during shift changes and closed hours.
Three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves stage pans and platters, while a stainless steel exterior and interior stand up to daily wear and simplify cleaning. Secure-Temp 1.0™ and V-Core™ technologies support dependable hot holding through peak periods.
