Stage plated entrees, pans, or bulk items across six silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves inside a 55.6 cu. ft. standard-depth cabinet. Eight wide half-height solid hinged doors limit heat loss while enabling quick, selective access to specific zones. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, cylinder-locked doors, and V-Core™ power, this unit supports demanding daily use in culinary schools, healthcare, and high-volume restaurants.
