Optimize hot food holding and pass-through service with the Victory UltraSpec Series heated cabinet, model HSA-1D-1-EW-PT-HG. This one-section, pass-thru unit offers 26.2 cu. ft. of capacity to stage plated entrees, sheet pans, or hotel pans between the cookline and the expo station. An exterior digital TOUCH POINT control system lets staff view and adjust settings without disrupting workflow.
Speed checks and minimize door openings with (4) wide half-height hinged standard glass doors that provide clear visibility from both sides. Cylinder locks help secure prepared items during off-peak hours or high-traffic service. Use it on the line, in banquets, or for batch production where quick access and presentation matter.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the standard-depth cabinet includes (3) silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves to organize trays and pans. Powered by V-Core and featuring Secure-Temp 1.0 technology, this pass-thru heated cabinet supports smooth, consistent operations across back- and front-of-house.
