The Victory HSA-2D-1-EW-PT-GD heated cabinet streamlines hot holding and pass-thru service in high-volume kitchens. This two-section, 55.6 cu. ft. design with four full-height glass doors helps crews stage, view, and access pans from both sides. Wide, full-view doors showcase product for quick checks and attractive presentation.
Maintain consistency with the exterior digital TOUCH POINT™ control system, allowing staff to monitor settings without opening doors. Pass-thru access keeps the cookline and servery in sync, reducing bottlenecks during peak periods. Precise, at-a-glance control supports consistent results across menus and dayparts.
