Move plates and pans seamlessly from prep to service with the Victory HSA-2D-1-EW-PT pass-thru heated cabinet. Built for high-volume operations, this two-section design keeps held items accessible from both sides to accelerate plating and service. Rugged construction and smart controls help maintain consistent holding through the rush.
Organize large batches in 55.6 cu. ft. of capacity across six silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves. Four wide, full-height solid hinged doors provide fast, full-cabinet access for banquet plating, tray make-up, or back-of-house to front-of-house pass-through service. The standard-depth cabinet integrates smoothly into existing cooklines and corridors.
