This one-section reach-in, powered by V-Core™, unites refrigerator and freezer performance in a compact footprint to accelerate workflow on the line, in prep, and at satellite stations. Interior LED lighting speeds product identification the moment doors open.
Work efficiently with (2) wide half height solid hinged doors that help limit air loss during quick grabs and staging. TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicators enable precise setpoint management and at-a-glance checks. Top-mounted, self-contained compressors paired with expansion valve technology deliver responsive cooling in demanding service.
With 10.2 cu. ft. per section and (4) silver freeze (chrome-style) wire shelves, organize chilled ingredients and frozen reserves in one cabinet to maximize space. A stainless steel exterior and interior with stainless steel breakers withstand heavy use, while Santoprene door gaskets (backed by a 2-year warranty) help maintain a tight seal. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
