Dial in accuracy with TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control and indicators, while LED lighting brightens product for faster picks and better visibility. The stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to heavy use and sanitize quickly, supporting tight HACCP routines and fast turnarounds. Six silver freeze (chrome-style) wire shelves configure easily to fit pans, boxes, and bulk items.
