Streamline workflow across stations using four wide half-height solid doors that reduce open-door exposure and speed restocking. Six silver freeze (chrome-style) wire shelves organize pans, proteins, and prep batches under bright LED lighting. A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy traffic.
