Maximize cold-side workflow with the Victory UltraSpec Series RFS-2D-S1-EW-PT-HC, a pass-thru, two-section refrigerator/freezer powered by V-Core. With 26.06 cu. ft. per section, it stages bulk proteins, produce, and frozen items right where cooks and expediters need them. The pass-thru design speeds handoffs between prep, cookline, and service.
Dial in precise temperatures via TOUCH POINT electronic controls and indicators, while expansion valve technology and top-mounted compressors deliver responsive, efficient performance. LED lighting brightens the cabinet for quick picks, and solid, full-height doors help hold temperatures during rushes. Dedicated systems provide 1/3 HP for the refrigerator and 3/4 HP for the freezer.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel interior and exterior endure daily cleaning and heavy traffic. Six silver freeze (chrome-style) wire shelves organize inventory for high-volume restaurants, healthcare, and institutional operations.
