The Victory RFS-2D-S1-EW-PT-HD-HC two-section pass-thru refrigerator/freezer streamlines production-to-service flow in busy kitchens. With self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration powered by V-Core, it keeps temperatures stable while moving heat and debris away from the work zone. Pass-thru access reduces bottlenecks between prep, cookline, and servery.
Dial in precise holding with TOUCH POINT electronic temperature controls and expansion valve technology for fast recovery after door openings. LED lighting enhances product visibility, while a stainless steel interior and exterior support rigorous sanitation routines. Eight wide half-height solid doors limit thermal loss during frequent pulls, and Santoprene gaskets provide a dependable seal.
