The Victory UltraSpec™ Series RIS-1D-S1-HC roll-in refrigerator streamlines workflow in high-volume kitchens. Powered by V-Core™, this one-section, self-contained system delivers responsive cooling in a stainless steel cabinet built for daily production and rapid turnarounds. Its 34.86 cu. ft. capacity supports busy prep, cook-chill, and plating stations.
Roll in mobile racks to stage banquet plates, bakery trays, or chilled mise en place, then monitor conditions with the TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator. Bright LED lighting enhances product visibility so teams can quickly verify contents and keep service moving.
A full-height 20-gauge stainless steel door with Santoprene gaskets (backed by a 2-year gasket warranty) seals in the cold, while stainless steel breakers and the included stainless steel ramp protect interiors during frequent loading. Expansion valve technology and a 1/3 HP system help maintain consistent performance in demanding foodservice environments.
