A stainless steel ramp streamlines tray and pan transfers between prep, oven, and cold holding to keep workflow moving.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior and interior pair with four full-height 20-gauge stainless doors and stainless steel breakers for rugged durability. TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator and bright LED lighting help operators monitor product and quickly locate items on busy lines. Expansion valve technology supports rapid recovery and consistent temperatures during frequent door openings.
