Powered by V-Core self-contained refrigeration, this unit leverages expansion valve technology for responsive temperature control. The TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control/indicator simplifies monitoring, and bright LED lighting speeds product identification. Santoprene door gaskets help lock in cold for dependable performance.
Speed cart transfers with the included stainless steel ramp and full-height doors that make loading efficient. Use it to load from prep and pull from the line, or to hold banquet pans and trays between stations. Durable stainless steel breakers further protect the cabinet during busy shifts.
