Dial in holding conditions with the TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator, and quickly identify contents under bright LED lighting. A stainless steel ramp smooths rack transitions over thresholds, while Santoprene door gaskets and stainless steel breakers help maintain a durable, dependable seal.
A self-contained 3/4 HP system with expansion valve technology supports consistent performance across its 42.27 cu. ft. capacity.
