This one-section, self-contained cabinet delivers 22.9 cu. ft. of organized capacity to stage product between prep and the cookline. Use it to load from the back while staff pull from the front, reducing steps and congestion during peak periods.
Two full-height solid hinged doors and a standard depth cabinet help maximize space without sacrificing access. Inside, three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves and bright LED lighting present ingredients clearly for fast picks. TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control/indicator and expansion valve technology help maintain precise holding as doors cycle.
