Powered by V-Core and a self-contained system, it’s built for high-volume kitchens that demand consistency.
Protect product integrity and reduce checks with TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control/indicator and bright LED lighting that makes contents easy to see at a glance. Expansion valve refrigeration and a 1/2 HP system support rapid recovery between door openings—ideal for banquets, cafeterias, and high-turn cafeterias.
Present ingredients cleanly behind (12) wide half-height glass doors and organize inventory on (9) silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves inside a durable stainless steel interior and exterior. Santoprene door gaskets with a 2-year warranty help seal in performance, while UL, cUL, and UL EP
