Two wide half height solid hinged doors let staff grab items and restock quickly during service. Three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves present product clearly under LED lighting, helping crews stage mise en place, backups, and finished pastry without disrupting workflow.
Dial in temperatures with the TOUCH POINT™ electronic control/indicator paired with expansion valve technology. A stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning, with Santoprene door gaskets (2-year warranty) and stainless steel breakers built for durability.
