A stainless exterior and aluminum interior deliver durable, daily performance in a standard depth footprint.
Powered by V-Core and a self-contained 1/3 HP system using R290 refrigerant, it leverages expansion valve technology for responsive temperature control. The TOUCH POINT electronic control/indicator and bright LED lighting help staff quickly verify temps and locate product during peak rushes.
Two wide full-height solid hinged doors and three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves organize bulk items, hotel pans, and containers for efficient staging. Santoprene door gaskets (backed by a 2-year gasket warranty) and stainless steel breakers support long-term reliability in high-volume kitchens.
