Powered by V-Core with self-contained refrigeration and expansion valve technology, it maintains consistent temperatures while conserving floor space. TOUCH POINT electronic controls and bright LED lighting help staff set, verify, and find product fast. Tight-sealing Santoprene door gaskets help preserve product integrity.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior in a standard depth cabinet, it stands up to daily kitchen traffic and cart movement. Position it between prep and plating stations, or connect back- and front-of-house to speed replenishment without disrupting workflow.
