The Victory RSA-1D-S1-PT-HC UltraSpec™ Series pass-thru refrigerator streamlines cold holding between prep and service. Powered by V-Core™, its self-contained system with expansion valve technology maintains dependable temperatures while staff access product from both aisles. LED lighting and TOUCH POINT™ electronic controls simplify at-a-glance monitoring.
With 22.9 cu. ft., two full height solid doors, and three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves, it stages bulk ingredients, hotel pans, or garnishes for make lines, tray assembly, or banquets. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor deliver efficient, reliable cooling. A stainless exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy traffic.
Position it between cookline and expo to shorten routes, reduce door openings, and speed plating during rush periods. Santoprene door gaskets and stainless steel breakers help lock in the cold after frequent passes. Made in USA and listed cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation to support compliance.
