Dial in holding temps with the TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator and quickly spot product under bright LED lighting. Expansion valve technology supports consistent refrigeration performance across busy prep shifts and changeovers. Six silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves help organize packaged and prepped items for efficient workflow.
