Built for daily service, the cabinet features a stainless steel exterior, an aluminum interior, and stainless steel breakers for durability and easy cleaning. Six silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves organize ingredients, while Santoprene door gaskets with a 2-year warranty help preserve a reliable seal.
