With 74.16 cu. ft. of organized capacity and (9) silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves, it neatly holds bulk ingredients, prepped pans, and backup items for service. A durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily use in demanding back-of-house environments.
Speed up workflow with clear LED lighting that makes items easy to spot, even on busy lines. TOUCH POINT electronic temperature control/indicator allows operators to set and check cabinet conditions at a glance. The standard depth cabinet integrates smoothly into existing cooklines and storage rows.
